Mission IN-Possible
Mission IN-Possible is about teaching students the importance of conserving water inside the home, and showing them just how easy conservation can be by making simple changes at home. Through Mission IN-Possible, students become prepared to save water at home for a better environment and a lower water bill!
Mission One
Mission IN-Possible provides 6-8th grade teachers with information, activities and quizzes to help bring water conservation education into the classroom. Whether you use parts of the information to supplement existing curriculum or plan out an entire semester of waterSmart activities, students will be able to learn the basics about saving water indoors so they can take on the challenge of Mission IN-Possible. Mission Two
Through information and activities gained in the classroom, Mission IN-Possible is encouraging all students to present their knowledge on indoor water conservation. Students are invited to tap into their creative side and send in their water saving plan entry for a chance to win a grand prize! Plans may be in the form of a newspaper article, a video demonstration or newscast, speech, computer web page or any other pre-approved format. More information and deadlines coming soon…
